El Salvador Finca Los Posos
This is a single varietal, washed process coffee from a small microlot of Jose Matias Hernandez’s Los Posos Farm in the Chalatenango region of El Salvador.
The resulting cup from this lot is bright and citrus-y, yet well rounded in body and sweetness. We found this coffee to have vibrant notes of cherry, grapefruit, and caramelized sugar sweetness. It is a well balanced and delicious specialty coffee.
