This Peruvian coffee has such a dynamic range of flavor. While cupping it, we were really impressed by its unique, floral forward qualities, while still having our favorite smooth & chocolatey undertones. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Incahuasi is a cooperative processing mill located in La Convencion, Cusco, Peru situated 1900 - 2200 m.a.s.l.. The Co-op is run by a gentleman named Claudio Ortiz, whose efforts have been celebrated for the ways in which they have bolstered the surrounding community’s infrastructure.
