What's your roasting/shipping schedule?
All our roasting happens on Tuesdays each week, and we ship orders 24 hours later. Any orders placed after Tuesday will be roasted and shipped the following week unless we can fulfill the order with coffee from the previous production day.
Some reserve and micro-lot coffees have specific and less-frequent roasting schedules. Such instances will be listed on their respective product pages.
We’d advise that you only purchase enough coffee to last up to two weeks as we find our (and any other freshly roasted) coffee is best enjoyed within approximately 30 days from its roast date.
Please note: USPS does not include Sundays or Holidays in their delivery schedule.
USPS Priority Mail estimates their package arrival 2-5 business days after the item is shipped, however this is not a guaranteed delivery time.
How should I store my coffee?
Please store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool dark place (kind of like your spices). Try to be certain that your container does not have any residual acids from anything that was stored in it previously. Please do not store it in the fridge or freezer.
Can I buy green coffee from you?
We only sell roasted coffee. Sorry!
