We're proud to offer this lot from Finca El Espejo, a 4-hectare farm nestled in Santa María, Huila, Colombia, situated at 1850m above sea level.

Managed by Reinel Borbon, a second-generation coffee grower with over 15 years of experience, this farm produces outstanding Pink Bourbon, Caturra, and Colombia varieties.

This lot is a Caturra/Colombia blend featuring Reinel's perfected yeast inoculation process, which imparts a very enjoyable fruit characteristic to the cup. 

We taste notes of Concord grape, dark chocolate, and toffee.
