This is an exciting coffee, full of fruited and floral notes. Sourced and produced by Ninety Plus, and grown in Shakicha Village in Sidama, it simply does not disappoint. This is a natural (or dry-process) coffee, which means the coffee is dried in its own fruit, rather than the fruit being removed prior to drying. This processing method is responsible for some of the deeper fruit notes and heavier body.
In the cup, we taste notes of jasmine, strawberry, and chocolate with a creamy body.
