This coffee originates from AsproGuate, an organization that represents more than 1,900 small producers from the regions of Acatenango, San Martin Jilotepeque, Coban and Atitlan.
The unique flavors of the El Cimarron coffee are attributed to the vigorous microclimates of the area and the quality soil which this bourbon varietal is grown within. The surrounding forests provide fresh water springs and support the processing of this washed coffee.
This coffee is a smooth and full bodied bourbon varietal with notes of chocolate and almond and a smooth citrus finish.
