Colombia Gildardo Chincunque

Originating from the Nariño region of Colombia, this coffee is grown and cultivated at the farm of Gildardo Chincunque. 

This coffee is a Caturra variety grown at 1900 M.A.S.L. where it is harvested and processed using the washed method. After being harvested and processed, it is then taken to the nearest dry mill for further drying. 

The result of stellar growing conditions and the care of the farmers,  combined with the light roasting approach, yields a coffee which is smooth and beautifully balanced. During cupping, we tasted notes of plum and chocolate malt.
