Nestled in the picturesque region of Santa María, Huila, Colombia, Finca Costa Rica stands as a testament to family-driven coffee excellence. At an impressive altitude of 2,000 meters above sea level, this 10-hectare farm is the pride of Faver Ninco and his family. 

Faver's coffee story spans 25 years, beginning with traditional knowledge passed down from his father and neighboring farmers. Six years ago, his passion evolved toward specialty coffee cultivation, marking a new chapter in the farm's history.

Today, Finca Costa Rica truly embodies family enterprise at its finest. Each of Faver's four children maintains their own coffee plants, selecting varieties that interest them while contributing to both the family's legacy and their individual futures.

The coffee is sweet and balanced, with notes of cocoa, plum, and brown sugar.
