About Us Actual Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery in Northwood, Ohio. We've been at this since 2012 — sourcing, roasting, and getting good coffee into people's hands without the gimmicks. We're a small team that believes everyone deserves access to great coffee. No pretension, no BS, just really good coffee.
Who We're Looking For Someone who works hard, has fun doing it, and genuinely cares about the experience they're creating for people. We're a small crew — everyone shows up, everyone matters, and we have a good time doing it.
