Grown in the highlands of Batukaang in Bali’s Kintamani region, this lot is produced by smallholder farmers and processed by Karana Global, a group known for pushing the boundaries of Indonesian coffee. Surrounded by volcanic soil and shaped by a unique growing environment, this coffee reflects both place and precision.

This is a high intervention lot, undergoing a yeast inoculated, extended anaerobic fermentation as a whole cherry. Carefully controlled fermentation and drying bring out a profile that is vibrant and layered, offering a different expression of Indonesian coffee than what is traditionally expected.

The result is a dynamic, fruit forward cup with a smooth structure, balancing playful sweetness with deeper, grounding notes.
