Produced by smallholder farmers in the Batukaang region of Bali and processed by Karana Global, this lot is a louder, wilder expression of the same coffee lineage you may already know from our previous Bali release. Built on the same volcanic soil and meticulous processing philosophy, this version pushes fermentation further, resulting in a cup that is deeper, jammier, and even more explosive.

This coffee undergoes a yeast inoculated, whole cherry anaerobic fermentation using Pichia kudriavzeii yeast before being dried slowly on raised beds. The extended 72 hour fermentation develops an intensely sweet and highly aromatic profile that feels almost unreal in the cup.

Where the previous Bali leaned bright and tea-like, this lot turns the volume all the way up. Expect massive fruit character, dense sweetness, and a syrupy structure balanced by deeper chocolate notes and herbal complexity.

The cup is vibrant, playful, and a little chaotic in the best way possible. Watermelon, grape, blackberry collide with milk chocolate and toffee. It is one of those coffees that keeps changing as it cools and keeps pulling you back in for another sip.
