This coffee is a Catuai varietal from the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil. It is grown and harvested at the Sabambaia farm, where the growing altitude is measured at 900 meters above sea level. The farm is run by João Vissoso, who was born into a family of coffee farmers who have been growing exceptional, high grade coffees for decades.
This coffee is processed using the natural/dry processing, yielding a very fruity and nutty flavor profile. In the cup, we tasted notes of caramel, apricot and cocoa.
