Grown in the highlands of Santa Rosa, Guatemala, Finca Los Conejos is a small farm project focused on regenerative agriculture and intentional processing. The name, which translates to “The Bunnies,” reflects the farm's ecosystem-driven approach and commitment to gentle, sustainable growth.

This lot comes to us through Onyx Importers and is a shining example of what’s possible when precision meets purpose. Cherries are picked at peak ripeness, fully washed, and dried with care to preserve the coffee’s natural vibrancy and structure.
