Amarildo Borges has been farming coffee since 1985. Fazenda Santa Cecilia is a family operation — his wife, his two sons, 110 hectares of Catuai. This is what decades of focused work tastes like.
Fazenda Santa Cecilia sits in the Cerrado region of Brazil. Amarildo started farming alongside his father, and today his eldest son Rafael is his partner on the property. It's a real farm family — not a marketing story.
Catuai is a workhorse variety. Not flashy, not exotic. But in the right hands, grown right, it produces something clean, sweet, and genuinely easy to drink. This is that.
Smooth and reliable. Caramel, milk chocolate, light nuttiness. Solid for drip, great as espresso, excellent as a daily driver.
TASTING NOTES: Caramel, milk chocolate, honeydew and almond.
