Nestled in the stunning landscapes of Huila, Colombia, El Nevado del Huila is a communal lot cultivated by hundreds of smallholder farmers. Grown at 1,600–1,900 meters under the shade of indigenous trees, these coffees benefit from slow maturation and careful attention at every stage of production.
This lot reflects the dedication of the community, with each small lot meticulously cupped and selected to ensure consistency and quality. The result is a sweet and balanced coffee, with notes of baked apple, caramel, and cocoa that showcase the richness of Huila’s terroir.
