ARDI is a natural process lot from Ethiopia's Guji zone, grown by the Daye Bensa cooperative — a trademark that's held its quality for 16 years straight, cupping as high as 95 on Coffee Review. This is what that consistency tastes like.

The name comes from Ardipithecus ramidus, one of the oldest human ancestors ever found, discovered in Ethiopia, where this coffee's grown. Daye Bensa built ARDI to be a name you can trust lot after lot, not a one-time release.
