Produced by an association local families formed in 2020 in La Victoria, in Peru's San Martín region near Cerro Blanco, the white sand mountain that sits over their farms. Farm partner Eleva Finca handles the growing, with a real focus on sustainability and organic practice.

Swiss Water Process is chemical-free — just water, temperature, and time pulling the caffeine out, leaving the sugars and structure intact. Paired with natural processing, dried inside the fruit, you get decaf that actually tastes like something. This is that.
