Project Cold Brew

Project Cold Brew is built on one belief: cold coffee shouldn't have to hide behind ice and syrup to be good. It should stand on its own — no dilution, no dressing up.

We call it a "project" on purpose. Blend components shift as coffees move in and out of our inventory and keeping the character consistent while the ingredients change is the actual work.

It's a blend of Brazil Amarildo Borges and Guatemala Huehuetenango, adjusted to hold a rich, toasty, chocolatey profile no matter which specific lots are in it that month. A moving target we're always aiming at.

Rich and toasty. Dark chocolate, candied cherry, hazelnut. Strong enough over ice, smooth enough black.
